Tire vibration is a common complaint for many companies and drivers today. Excess tire vibration causes wear and tear on the truck, uneven tire wear, increased tire maintenance and fuel costs and even health problems for some due to the constant stress on the body. In short, tire vibration can cost companies and drivers thousands of dollars annually.
The TRU-BALANCE products were designed to reduce the rolling resistance of tires by centering the wheels. This decreases tire vibration which can decrease fuel costs and increase tire life by 50% or more.
Our patented wheel centering system is like nothing else on the market. It is not a fluid or bead product that you add to the tires, nor is it a "wheel balancer". It is a wheel centering system which centers the wheel to the wheel stud rather than the hub pilot, thereby creating a true center of the tire and wheel.
This results in a perfectly centered and smooth ride that our users describe as "riding on air".
The TRU-BALANCE products can be used alone or in conjunction with your preferred tire balancing method including the numerous bead products available as well as the various balancing rings.
NOTE: When using TRU-BALANCE products in conjunction with any ring type balancer always use the small hole and reem out to size. Using the larger hole on the ring balancers will cause them to drop down 1/6" and cause more vibration.
